By using FamPortrait, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
• Your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

FamPortrait provides AI-powered tools including but not limited to:

• Family Portrait Generation
• Add Loved One to Photo
• Old Photo Restoration
• Photo Colorization
• Family Reunion Generation
• Future family memory and photo enhancement services

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

You retain ownership of all photos, images, prompts, and content you upload to the Services.

By uploading content, you grant FamPortrait a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process your content
• Generate requested outputs
• Provide customer support
• Maintain and improve the functionality of the Services

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not own or have permission to use
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload harmful, abusive, defamatory, illegal, or infringing content
• Use the Services to impersonate another person
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

FamPortrait uses artificial intelligence to generate and modify images.

Because AI-generated content may vary:

• Results may not always match expectations
• Outputs may contain inaccuracies
• We do not guarantee specific artistic or visual outcomes

Generated content is provided on an "as is" basis.

Certain Services require the purchase of Memory Credits.

• Credits are non-transferable.
• Credits may only be used within FamPortrait.
• Credit validity periods are displayed at the time of purchase.
• Unused credits expire according to the purchased plan.
• Prices may change at any time without notice.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Completed AI generations are generally non-refundable unless a technical error prevented delivery of the purchased Service.

All software, branding, logos, designs, website content, and technology associated with FamPortrait remain our exclusive property.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our written permission.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAMPORTRAIT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAMPORTRAIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FAMPORTRAIT DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our sole discretion if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Abuse of the Services occurs

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
