At FamPortrait, we strive to provide high-quality AI-generated family memories and photo enhancement services.

Because our Services involve immediate computing resources and digital content generation, refunds are subject to the following policy.

1. Eligible Refund Situations

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • Credits were deducted but no output was delivered
  • A technical issue prevented successful generation
  • FamPortrait failed to provide the purchased Service

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • You dislike the artistic style of generated results
  • Uploaded photos are low quality or unsuitable
  • You change your mind after successful generation
  • Credits have already been partially used
  • Generated content was successfully delivered

Because AI-generated outputs are unique and subjective, dissatisfaction with style or appearance alone does not qualify for a refund.

3. Credit Restoration

If a generation fails because of a technical issue on our side, any deducted credits will typically be restored automatically.

If credits are not restored, please contact us.

4. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Repeated refund abuse
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
